[fixed] "Screen Wipe Style" Feature Does Not Work

In both OpenGL and Software rendering, this feature just does not work at all. In ZDoom 2.0.98, it works just fine.

In OpenGL, that's understandable. IIRC, Graf said something about not bothering to code a workaround for the effect, though I don't know why it wouldn't work in software mode, though.

Fixed the software problem. Don't expect wiping in GL any time soon.
