Re: Fatal error
According to the crash logs, the crash is coming from fmodex.dll - that's unusual.
Anyways, I can't replicate the crash, personally, with or without Brutal Doom loaded.

What can I do in this situation? I tried to install other assemblies but it did not help. Maybe I need to fix this dll, or download it?Blue Shadow wrote:According to the crash logs, the crash is coming from fmodex.dll - that's unusual.

I'm sorry. I'm not sure what I could advise you try. I haven't run into an issue like it before, whether with ZDoom or GZDoom. You are going to have to wait for a reply from Graf Zahl.

Re: Fatal error
I have no idea. The crash doesn't give any information what might be wrong.
What kind of sound card do you have?

Re: Fatal error
I'm getting the same issue as him Graf.
My sound card is a SB PCI, 16-bit only.
When loading only the IWADs it runs fine, with a mod it crashes and for me it crashes even worst with my own mod (again lol) that Windows have to close it, because i don't even get the crash window to save any report.
This is happening after the merge of OpenAL, so, pre-930 works normally while pre-1082 does this.

That doesn't mean it's the same thing. If you do not get a crash report it may be anything. There have been changes unrelated to OpenAL as well.

Re: Fatal error
Alright on my further testings, now with pre-1134, GZDoom opens normally to the menu, but when i'm going to start a new game it crashes, well, i recommend you do some tests with my mod again to see what's going on, since i can't even reach the crash report window.
