[g2.2pre-1147-g37ddd20+] 3D Models in 1st Person not showing

Since g2.2pre-1147-g37ddd20 3D models of weapons in first person are not shown anymore:

Here's the Machine Gun of my mod for testing, the gun will only appear in the first person view in g2.2pre-925-gcbcde3a, all further versions doesn't shows it in first person but summoning the gun in the map still shows the pickup model.
